To deploy server

cd $GOPATH/src/knative.dev/serving
ko apply -f test/test_images/grpc-ping/service.yaml 

To run grpc client

go run grpc-ping-client.go -addr grpc-ping-test-image.default.apps.dirty.aws.oshift.net:443
