Stripped/barebone simplified versions.

Personally i would like to see stripped/stand alone versions.
The whole package if often not necessary.

For instance, a barebone esp32 with st7789 or il9341 that is able to run a nes rom from internal memory, WITHOUT SD CARDS.
same for SMS and GBC.

The whole package makes it over complicated for beginners that only want to play a nes game. features like mp3, oscillioscope, signal generators, bluetooth speaker make it all a lot harder to follow.

in short, too many features for beginners.
maybe even pre-compiled bins so you only have to flash the roms.
