<p>Delegates to <a href="#!angular.service.$browser.defer"><code>$browser.defer</code></a>, but wraps the <code>fn</code> function
into a try/catch block and delegates any exceptions to
<a href="#!angular.services.$exceptionHandler"><code>$exceptionHandler</code></a> service.</p>

<p>In tests you can use <code>$browser.defer.flush()</code> to flush the queue of deferred functions.</p><h2>Dependencies</h2>
