I ran plasmer parallelly (10 tops) on my server, and it ate all my disk (>100T) frequently. Although, the extreamly huge intermediate files will be automatically clean up in unknown way (possible when all my disk full?), this user experience is very bad because all my other jobs were affected.
Anyway that I can avoid this?
However, I just stopped all the plasmer jobs and find the disk problem is still there. As a result, the disk problem is probably caused by other reasons. Sorry to post it here.
But the large intermediate files are still a problem that should let users know.
Best,
Yuxiang
