Issue with secured account

I have my token and everything all setup and been working pretty flawless for awhile now until today. I tried running the clean up script and kept getting an error message of [Error] Do not have the token for username. Please check the spelling or token. I did some troubleshooting and found it's from setting a 4 digit pin on my account. Is there anyway to have cleaner pass that to plex? for now i just had to disable the pin to get it to work again.

I'm probably not going to add pin support, but maybe add an account with access to all the libraries? Local delete will work, not plexdelete.
