save/load screen effect restore

In gc original, the save/load screen feels like there is setting sun light from the left side, makes the typewriter looks more nostalgic, in later versions, the save/load screen doesn't have that effect and feeling, will you please restore it?
BTW, it has been one year more since your last update, is re4tweaks still active?

I really hope this project isn't dead. Even without HD Project, re4_tweaks is a godsend that bunch a lot of the game's issues and improves the visual clarity of the game.

It's insane that Silent Hill 2 Enhanced Edition has managed to fix all the game's issues while RE4 only got half way through with this mod and stopped despite being a much bigger and popular game. The sound engine in RE4 is completely borked with positional audio broken, gun sounds in mono instead of stereo with broken bass. SH2 team got their own sound engine working for the game which fixed all the sound issues and added 3D audio.
