为与读取MICAPS读取的dataset统一，在读取CMISS数据中，可否将dataset中datarray的数据名也改为‘data’
可否编写一个类似读取MICAPS数据的get_latest_initTime的函数，获取CMISS中最新时刻模式七宝数据。

1、已经按照要求更改，变量名称默认为'data'，当然也可以通过参数varname进行指定。
2、目前, CIMISS接口还不支持该功能，可以在气象大数据云平台CMADaaS的接口中实现。
