This is a generic auto tester.

To run all the combinations of options given in setupTemplateEllipticTri2D with the ellipticMain example code do this:

./autoTester ../../examples/elliptic/ellipticMain setupTemplateEllipticTri2D

Notes:

1. the path to the ellipticMain executable must be given.
2. any paths in the setup template file must be adjusted to be valid.
