可选择性启用时间维度，24小时为一个周期，可以在时间线的任意时刻配置一套超频配置，当时间到达该时刻时自动应用该时刻的配置直到遇到下一时刻的别的超频配置。

这个意义不大，当初矿友提出这个需求的原因是阶梯电价，矿友希望通过周期超频降低功耗来节省电费，但其实这个需求意义不大。
