Add ability to update the data

Phase 1 would be to make the data editable by a viewer.

But if anybody on the Internet can make changes, some scoundrel could put in evil content (propaganda, hate speech, profanity, etc). So all changes would need to be approved by an admin or something.

Phase 2 would be to have an admin user see a list of edits to reject/abandon or accept/commit to the DB.
