I am trying to package an rpm for fedora
I know it's available as an AppImage but I can't get the hotkey to work for it that way, when I map a shortcut to ueli --toggle it always launches a new instance of the app so it takes a second or so to show. I thought packaging and installing an rpm would fix this issue (I am not sure) but the build keeps failing anyway so I am not able to try.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open a terminal
  2. Run ueli --toggle
  3. It takes a second or two to show and terminal output is Quitting application. Reason: another instance is already running

@marwanehab98 Are you talking about manually building the app? Can you tell us what steps exactly you did and what exactly fails?

@marwanehab98 I was able to build for RPM and it ran on Fedora 41 without issue. What error did you encounter?
