new UI doesn't show the menu properly

Describe the bug

The menu is not clearly visible, tried in all browsers, all look the same.
the words 'chat', 'notebook', 'parameter's' etc are not at the top of the page where they should be in the new UI, but at the bottom and they are mostly off screen so they are barely visible

Is there an existing issue for this?

Reproduction

I am using the template on Runpod called 'text-generation-webui-oneclick-UI-and-API' with an environment variable called UI_UPDATE set to true (FYI I am the maintainer of that template)

I'm gonna close this because it is probably a problem on my end, even though I have no idea what is causing it.

I made a totally new docker container from scratch and that one works as intended.
