Missing type validation when changing search type

Describe the bug
if a user tries to filter in the search page without selecting any record type the page will crash.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. adding validation when the filter is handling to check the type of the record

Expected behavior
An error handling will be generated if a user tries to filter with an empty type.
