在看视频时点开第一个视频后，点下面推荐视频，全屏播放，状态栏不隐藏，但第一个点进去的视频是正常的。
软件版本1.1.0-beta.1+176
手机荣耀80gt
系统版本9.0.0.102(CHNCOOE100R2P1)
手机系统在8.0的时候也有这个bug
安卓15

已在新版修复，开启也不会出现了，顺便优化了多层视频的性能
