Users need to have defined workflows and guidelines. Some users may feel lost when faced with a blank score project and wonder where to start. There is a true need to know what to do and confirm that ossia score is appropriate for your project, solving this issue will boost user's confidence.

The main idea of this recommandation is to have templates which take the first steps for a use case and give a clear starting point for the user. We could have for instance a template for OSC data mapping which sets up the basics elements such as a value mapper and two OSC devices...

These template should be accessible from the start screen where the user chooses what fits the best for his project. We can imagine some templates as beeings presets like nodal view by default or specific presets for audio creation, video creation... Such templates can also include comments and acts as a short tutorial hinting to what to do for a defined project type.Templates can also speed up experimented user's workflows and avoid repetitive tasks when starting scoring.Instead of just creating a new score file the user should be able to create a new score file designed for a use case (of course the default score project should also remain).

This recommandation is part of the "starting experience" improvement and is a real plus for newcomers and for experienced users also. However it will require efforts to implement it because there is a lot to cover.
