Files split by automatic splitting function might not always be moved correctly due to early signal execution

Describe the bug
At random the Automatic File Splitting function signal fires earlier, which makes the script malfunction and not organize the file completely

To Reproduce
Seemingly at random, dependent on the OBS

Expected behavior
Script organizes all files in their respective folders.

Additional context
I might fix this issue one way or another, but for now it's going to be as a KNOWN ISSUE.
