Problem:
As a PM I have email conversations that I want to organize and send customer feedback to a single source of truth.
Solution:
I want to be able to forward email conversations to Papercups and it gets saved and associated with a customer.
It should recognize that the forwarder's email and the customer's email and create a conversation between the forwarder and customer's email.
Happy path Example:
