There's something wrong with my expression. I mean pub_ server has package caching function.
For example, download a package of pub.dev, now unpub will return 302. I hope unpub can download and cache this package. It's return caching when the next time download the package

I'm looking for a feature like this. To have the ability to download a package from pub.dev and cache it on my server so that I can access packages when I'm offline :)
