# Graphic-Walker Branding License (GWBL) v1.0

This license agreement ("License") is a legal agreement between You (either an individual or a single entity) and Graphic-Walker Software ("Graphic-Walker") for the use of Graphic-Walker's software product known as "Graphic-Walker" ("Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, You agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

## 1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, Graphic-Walker grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software.

## 2. Branding and Attribution

You are allowed to integrate the Software into Your own software products, provided that:

- You must clearly and prominently declare that Your software product is based on or incorporates the Software, in all user interfaces where such information is normally presented, and in all marketing and promotional materials.
  
- You must not modify, remove, or obscure any branding information, logos, trademarks, or other proprietary notices in the Software, including but not limited to the "Kanaries" logo. You must keep the "Kanaries" logo intact and unmodified, and it must be clearly visible in all user interfaces where it is normally presented, and in all marketing and promotional materials.
  
## 3. White Label License

If You wish to use the Software in a "white label" manner, where Your branding replaces the original branding of the Software, You must apply for and obtain a separate White Label License from Graphic-Walker. Until You obtain such a license, You must comply with the branding and attribution requirements described in Section 2.

## 4. Termination

If You fail to comply with any term of this License, Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice from Graphic-Walker.

## 5. Governing Law

This License will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Graphic-Walker is located.

## 6. Entire Agreement

This License constitutes the entire agreement between You and Graphic-Walker and supersedes any prior agreements, understandings or arrangements between them in relation to the Software.

By using the Software, You acknowledge that You have read this License, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
