`ondrag` and `ondragend` event hooks

Is it possible to add these hooks? A use case is to use an actual element while dragging instead of the drag image to work around the opacity restriction like this: https://stackoverflow.com/a/67240392

there is ondragstart hook, try clone the drag element. then listen other events with native code.
