Long term idea: Review system

Cosmic store works great and it fast, but lacks a review system like the gnome and linux mint counterparts.
Though this is definitely harder to implement, as it needs an account system, a database and moderation.
If there was already a suitable and trustworthy system out there, a web endpoint could be fetched.
Another solution is a web system, though this is not as ergonomic, that redirects user to a website to submit an review.
This has the advantage that it is the not the stores responsibility to deal with user authentication.
