Manually resizing the app de-centers the content

When I resize the window width manually with Updates open and 3 cards with apps in the grid, the app resizes fine until it reaches 3 cards per row, then for some time the cards increase in width, and then where it would switch to 4 cards per row, the empty space is added instead of the content centering in the main content area.
