[Feature Request] Integrate "Back" Navigation with Standard Mouse Keys

By default, Mouse Button 4 (MB4) is often mapped to the "Back" command in many applications, especially web browsers and file explorers.

Adding mouse input detection for this button, when on an application page, may seem like a small enhancement, but it can be a very noticeable quality of life (QOL) improvement.

I think this should be added to libcosmic rather than a single application.
For me, this is a great QOL feature that I would like to see in more applications.
