Fresh install and now stuck in a boot loop

So basically, i wanted to install pop onto my old pc, went through the process, got to the set up screen. put in that info, and let it make the instance. i look back a few minutes later and its just restarting every like 20 seconds. so i tried to get into bios and see if i could boot into the actual drive now. nope, couldnt get into bios. its not even showing the motherboard loading screen. im still trying to find solutions online, so im making this report in case i cant find anything, i couldve messed something up in the process. since im not the most informed in this kind of stuff, but ive installed pop before and havent had this issue
