access other partitions

Hello

As macos.qcow2 can become quite heavy, I would like to move it to another drive
I think if we had removable-media to the plugs, I would be able to do that for all drives in /mnt, /media and /run/media.

I cannot clone the repo and run snapcraft for some reason I get this message:
Sorry, an error occurred in Snapcraft: 'float' object is not iterable

EDIT: resetting to commit 20b1ef2, I don’t have this error anymore
