Could not apply pending checkpoint even after completed upload

Hey guys, I got powersync-ja/powersync-js#674 reproducible on Android:

1. Enable newClientImplementation
2. Start the app with the Internet connection enabled
3. Disable the connection
4. Do some changes
5. Enable the connection
6. Start doing other changes

From now on, almost every [updateLocalTarget] Updating target to checkpoint XXX is followed by Could not apply pending checkpoint even after completed upload. If it doesn't, do another change.

Despite the warning, the app successfully synchronizes local and remote changes. So I am not sure what is actually wrong, but I'd better wait for your conclusion before switching to the new client.
