[Feat] Offline Media Playback/downloading

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Unable to download media when on the go and watch within a single application

Describe the solution you'd like
To Be Able to download selected ep's/Movies/Series
And be able to play them back within the application without internet
(this is a large ask But it is possible)

This would kind of be in line with what plex has and what Netflix and other companies do just without the DRM

I have not planned media download feature for v1 (for now) but will check it out when the existing features become stable enough

I second this feature, would be awesome. I have found that downloading files from the server and playing them back through VLC just doesn't quite cut it. I realise it's a lot of work but it would add a feature I haven't found anywhere else.
