Your Suggested Enhancement

Hi

Can you make a plugin specific for winamp so that we can run it using winamp?

Are you interested to add this new plugin to the winamp source code?

Yes, winamp will become open source!

That's certainly a possibility, it was even before open-sourcing Winamp as the plug-in API was available for many years now.

The projectM core team is currently very busy working on the core library and the SDL frontend application, so this plug-in would have to be done by someone else to be finished quickly.

On the other hand, Milkdrop still works perfectly fine and it's probably more "compatible" with, well, Milkdrop than projectM. So for now, I personally don't see much os a point using projectM, except for porting it to ARM.
