About the project

NVCC is a compiler collection for CUDA software. It ships the compiler driver and runtime libraries.

Reasons for the request

We are moving to publishing our Python packages to an un-suffixed name, e.g. https://pypi.org/project/nvidia-cuda-nvcc-cu12/ becomes https://pypi.org/project/nvidia-cuda-nvcc/. As part of that, we need to also transfer the upload limits to the new project names.
