About the project

cuBLAS is a linear algebra library used by millions of developers to accelerate mathematical computations.

Reasons for the request

We are moving to publishing our Python packages to an un-suffixed name, e.g. https://pypi.org/project/nvidia-cublas-cu12/ becomes https://pypi.org/project/nvidia-cublas/. As part of that, we need to also transfer the upload limits to the new project names. These reflect the upload limits of the existing project.
