About the project

NVIDIA cuFFT is a library that provides GPU-accelerated Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) implementations.

Reasons for the request

We are moving to publishing our Python packages to an un-suffixed name, e.g. https://pypi.org/project/nvidia-cufft-cu12/ becomes https://pypi.org/project/nvidia-cufft/. As part of that, we need to also transfer the upload limits to the new project names.
