~160 mb, 5 ~30mb wheels for python 3.9 -> 3.13 for x86, and 5 ~2 mb for aarch64.
Debug symbols are included to enable boost stack trace support, which is why the size of the wheels is a bit larger.

How frequently do you make a release?

Once every few weeks typically.
