Reason for request
Dear PyPI Support Team,
I’m writing to request assistance in regaining access to a package I previously published on PyPI under the username arl6366, associated with the email [email protected].
The package in question is: IGEM
Due to a change in institutional affiliation (from PSU to the University of Pennsylvania), I no longer have access to the original email address, and unfortunately, the API token and GPG key were lost during the reinstallation of my previous laptop.
However, I still have access to the GitHub repository that contains the original source code, commit history, and release tags corresponding to the versions published on PyPI. I am able to verify authorship and ownership through that repository.
I kindly ask if it’s possible to regain access to the project or transfer it to my new PyPI account and email address. I would be happy to provide any additional verification or perform required steps to confirm my identity as the original maintainer.
My new user in the PyPI is: garan-sys
Thank you for your time and assistance.
