TestPyPI account recovery request due to expired email address

Reason for request

About my TestPyPI account, I lost access to my email address because it has expired and cannot be restored.
Apparently, I cannot add a new email since all operations need verification from the old address.

I do have my recovery codes, if needed.

Thanks for completing the verification process. The verification was successful! I have updated the primary email address on the account. Your 2FA has been reset and a password reset has been issued.
