Reason for request

1. I have used "admin@michaelyin.info" as primary email address on PYPI when I signup.
2. Then I added "michaelyin@accordbox.com" and verified it as secondary email address of my account.
3. I have lost access to my primary email address "admin@michaelyin.info"
4. I can login on Pypi dashboard but can not publish package, I wish you help me delete the primary email address and set secondary email address to primary email instead
