Reasons for the request

Hi PyPI team,

We would like to request an increase in the upload file size limit for the package paddlepaddle-gpu to 1700MiB.

📦 Project details:
• Project name: paddlepaddle-gpu
• Current limit: 900 MiB
• Requested limit: 1700 MiB

🔍 Reason for request:

We have released version 3.1 of paddlepaddle-gpu, which introduces major updates:
• 🧠 ERNIE open-source support, including large language model inference and training stack
• ⚙️ Integration of FlashAttention kernels for improved transformer efficiency
• 🚀 Enhanced CINN (Compiled Intermediate Network) performance optimizations
• 🧬 Added DeepEP for deep learning operator fusion and acceleration

Due to these upgrades, the size of the manylinux wheel (containing CUDA/CuDNN kernels, fused ops, and compiled binaries) has exceeded the current 1 GB upload limit.

We kindly request the limit be increased to 1700MiB to accommodate these growing binary artifacts.

✅ Justification:

paddlepaddle-gpu is a widely used deep learning framework in the open-source AI community and powers many industrial applications in vision, NLP, and large language model training. We want to ensure the PyPI distribution channel remains up-to-date and accessible to all Python users.

We appreciate your support and understanding!
