Reason for request

My email is not verified and I don't know the password

Context: When I log in with my old password, I receive a message that the password has been changed, and then I am asked to reset it. However, when I go through the reset process, it says my email is not verified and shows, "If you don't have another verified email, this is the process to recover your account."
