Reason for request

Lost access to the primary, but unverified email address (it was on my custom domain, and I have closed the domain now).
I already have another verified email address added to my account, but the pypi website is not allowing me to make it primary.

PLEASE NOTE:
Even though I have ticked the "I never generated or have lost access to the recovery codes for my account" checkbox (because there wasn't any other option in this issue form), I actually have the recovery codes for my account and have not lost them.
