Reason for request

Dear PyPI Support,

I am writing to request assistance with my PyPI account login.

I have my correct username, password, and I can access my Google Authenticator app on my new phone. However, when I enter the 2FA code generated by Google Authenticator, I always receive an “Invalid TOTP code” error.

I also have an old API token (pypi-AgEIcHlwaS5vcmcCJDgzZjBiY2Y2LTI2OGQtNGVhYy1hNTA3LTcwYmQ5ZDFmYWQ2NQACKlszLCI3OWJhZ...), which still works for uploading packages, but I no longer have the original recovery codes.

I suspect that the TOTP secret may have become desynchronized when I changed phones. Could you please help me reset or disable the two-factor authentication (2FA) on my account so that I can log in successfully again?

Thank you very much for your time and support.
