Hello,
My name is Sebastian Sosa, and I am formally requesting ownership of the name bee on PyPI, in accordance with the process outlined in PEP 541.

The existing bee project page is located at: https://pypi.org/project/bee/

I believe this name is eligible for transfer because the project is abandoned. The justification is as follows:

No Releases: The project has zero releases and contains no downloadable files, making it unusable.

Stale Project: The project was created in October 2012 and has seen no activity or updates since.

Invalid Project Links: The "Homepage" link provided on the PyPI page is broken or leads to an irrelevant domain.

Inactive Owner: The owner, has not published any packages since 2019, suggesting they are no longer active on the platform.

My project, which I intend to publish under this name, is a bayesian inference package. The name 'bee' is a natural fit for 'Bayesian Estimation Environment '.
