Reason for request

Hello I have probably registered for pypi long time ago with the email address eliyahu.arlev@gmail.com. Apparently I have not verified the email address, and I do not remember the username used for registration.

My main intent is to dissociate this email with any past account, so I can use it for a new account, or to recover the previous account.
