Reason for request

Dear team PyPI,

I am Shibarjun, and I have a PyPI account with the username "mandalshibarjun." I recently changed my phone, and during the reset, I lost my authenticator app, which I used for two-factor authentication. As a result, I can no longer access any of my accounts that required this authentication method, including my PyPI account. Unfortunately, when I originally set up two-factor authentication, I did not save my recovery codes, so I am now stuck. However, I do remember my password.

I need to make an update to my project in the future (https://github.com/shibarjun/napari-findaureus).

Could you please guide me through some potential solutions?
