About the project

TRISTAN uses small transformer models to detect ORFs using either sequence context or ribosome profiling data.

Reasons for the request

The new release includes some pre-trained models for human and mouse to alleviate computational costs from the end user. This will substantially reduce their computational time in case they want to apply these for their own studies.
