Reason for request

I have lost my device which had my passkey,
My recovery codes which generated are 8-length digits and not work, I cannot figure out why. The login page shows recovery codes are 16 character hexadecimal strings comprised of lowercase a-z and digits 0-9 (e.g., badc0ffee0ddf00d) and rejected the recovery codes I saved.

I request to recover my account, thanks.
