We may have created an account on https://pypi.org/, because when I try to Register, it says:

This email address is already being used by another account. Use a different email.

While I try to forget password with the same email, it says:

the email used to make this request is not verified. Your email address must be verified before you can use it to reset your password.

Please guide me through the process to successfullly access our account.
