Reason for request
It has been over a dozen years since I published to PyPI and when attempting to login for the first time in years it doesn't accept the password I last used.
When I attempt a password reset I get an email stating I can't reset it because my email has not been verified. Quite the chicken and egg scenario!

- I never generated or have lost access to the recovery codes for my account
