Reasons for the request
Try to contact the current owner(s) directly: email them and open an issue if you can find a related repository.
I have been in email contact with the current owner of this project reflex-suneditor
, and they are on board with transferring the project to masenf
/ Reflex
organzation. However, they are unable to log in to the PyPI account that owns the project due to lost MFA and recovery codes. Current owner has reached out to PyPI twice via email to resolve this manner but has received no response.
Check the criteria above to see when a transfer is allowed
The Reflex organization will be continuing maintenance of the same project, since we already maintain other similar packages that work in conjunction with the reflex
framework.
The new repo for the project is hosted in the official reflex-dev
github org at https://github.com/reflex-dev/reflex-suneditor. Its content is built upon the last release of the currently published PyPI package (which in its current state is lacking metadata, readme, repo links, etc).

My name is Masen Furer, I'm one of the Reflex maintainers. We have
recently externalized our Suneditor implementation from the main r=
eflex
repo into an external third party component package and we wanted =
to
publish it to PyPI under the namereflex-suneditor
.I notice that you have previously published a package under that
name, so I was wondering if you could transfer control of the proj=
ect to
masenf
on PyPI so that the team can publish our officially maint=
ained
package there from our repo
https://github.com/reflex-dev/reflex-suneditorOur founder, Alek, mentioned he had contacted you about this in th=
e
past, but I don't think we heard back.If you no longer have access to that PyPI account would you mind
trying the "Forgot Password" flow to see if it's recoverable? If n=
ot, maybe
we can start an issue on the PyPI github to have an admin make the
necessary changes.Thanks for your consideration,
Masen
