Contact and additional research

Our research into the existing qlc project on PyPI has shown that it is not possible to contact the current owner.

1. The project page at https://pypi.org/project/qlc results in a 404 Not Found error.
2. Because there is no public project page, there is no information available about the owner's username, author details, or any associated contact information (e.g., email or project homepage).

We have been unable to find any public information that would allow us to identify and contact the current owner. This lack of any public-facing information is the primary basis for our conclusion that the project name is unused and abandoned.
