Reason for request
When I logged in with my sktdmi account, I couldn't log in because my email address wasn't verified. I checked and found that the email address linked to the account was gone, so I couldn't verify my email address. I'd like to change it to a different email address. The email address I want to change to is "[[email protected]]".
THIS IS for "test.pypi.org", NOT "pypi.org"
