Reason for request
When we try to login, it prompts us to authenticate with either devices or recovery code. But we didn't have any of those. We didn’t set up two factor or recovery codes. We haven't logged into the account for a quite long time.
Recovery Codes
- I never generated or have lost access to the recovery codes for my account
